Driffield Show July 17th 2024
We are all busy preparing for our stand at the upcoming Driffield Show on 17th July. This event is particularly exciting for us at Driffield Mobility as we will be showcasing a wide range of vehicles, products, and services on pitch K173. It's a great opportunity for us to connect with the community and demonstrate our offerings.
At our stand, you will find an array of items and services designed to enhance mobility and accessibility. We will have a wheelchair accessible vehicle on display, allowing you to see firsthand how these vehicles can make travel easier and more convenient. Additionally, we will showcase a variety of hand control systems, demonstrating the different options available to assist with driving.
We will also feature a selection of mobility scooters and wheelchairs. This is a perfect chance to see the products and see which ones best meet your needs. Our Ford CMAX will be fitted with a range of adaptations for you to experience, including hand controls, a boot-fitted mobility scooter/wheelchair hoist, and an electric powered passenger swivel seat. These adaptations are designed to make vehicles more accessible and user-friendly.
Our knowledgeable team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about our range of products and services. We offer a variety of mobility and living aids, as well as vehicle adaptations for both drivers and passengers. If you have any queries about the Motability scheme and their grants, our team will be happy to provide information and assistance. We are excited to meet you and have loaded our stand with giveaways and sweets for the kids (and grown-ups), making it a fun visit for the whole family!
In addition to our mobility solutions, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our sister company, Limitless Campers, at the show. We will be sharing our pitch with Limitless Campers, which is based at Driffield Mobility’s headquarters on Scotchburn Garth, off Skerne Road in Driffield. Limitless Campers specialises in crafting bespoke camper van conversions to suit all budgets and requirements.
Andy Fenton, director of Limitless Campers Ltd, explained that entering the campervan market was a natural progression for us. Driffield Mobility is renowned as one of the best adaptation installers in the country, and using our expert engineers to work on campervan conversions allows us to offer unique and customised solutions. "Driffield Mobility has a long history of carrying out bespoke adaptations for individuals, and we wanted to extend this expertise to the campervan market," Andy said. "It’s exciting for us, and we hope it is really well received. We want to ensure that campervans are tailor-built for each individual, working within their budget to help them achieve their dreams of hitting the road."
One of our goals with Limitless Campers is to make campervanning accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We understand the adaptation market and are committed to providing solutions that enable more people to experience the joy of Vanlife. "There isn’t a huge supply in that market, and we are entering it with a team that already has the experience and knowledge of the solutions available," Andy added. "Our talented engineers are dedicated to finding solutions for any challenge, enabling people to enjoy the Vanlife experience."
At the Driffield Show, we will have a demonstration campervan on display, crafted by our skilled engineers. We will also showcase vanlife solutions such as the Tentbox, which offers a quick and easy way to embark on road trip adventures. Additionally, we will be running a fun competition to guess the number of balloons inside our campervan, with the chance to win a hamper of prizes, including camping accessories.
